Lucy races towards Charlie Brown who is standing in an open field. She is waving a newspaper and shouting, "THEY PRINTED IT! THEY PRINTED IT!"<BR><BR> She faces Charlie Brown and continues, "THEY PRINTED MY POLITICAL CARTOON IN THE PAPER!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown watches her as she looks at the newspaper. She exclaims, "Oh, what a great power for good this cartoon will be!"<BR><BR> Lucy holds the paper to her chest and smiles at Charlie Brown who faces the reader. Lucy asks, "Don't you just feel the world getting better all around you Charlie Brown?"<BR><BR>
It was probably done by mistake and the editor missed it and thus a very rare newspaper.
