Linus lies awake in his bed. He says, "What a fool I was! I can't live without that blanket!"<BR><BR> "I thought for sure that Miss Othmar would crack! I thought for sure she'd start in again biting her fingernails.." Linus lies on his side.<BR><BR> "Then I would have been able to take my blanket to school, and she wouldn't have been able to criticize me...What a fool I was!" Linus sits up in bed.<BR><BR> "Why is it that teachers are smarter than pupils?" Linus asks as he lies on his side.<BR><BR>
