Sally walks away from Linus Shouting, "I was robbed!"<BR><BR> Sally exclaims to Charlie Brown, "I spent the whole night waiting for the 'Great Pumpkin' when I could have been out for 'Tricks or Treats.'"<BR><BR> Linus says, "You've heard about fury and a woman scorned, haven't you?" Charlie Brown replies, "Yes, I guess I have . . ."<BR><BR> Linus says, "Well that's nothing compared to the fury of a woman who has been cheated out of 'Tricks or Treats'!"<BR><BR>
This strip was pretty much used verbatim in “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown”, right down to zooming out to reveal Sally’s angry expression. Of course, they added more to Sally’s rant including the iconic “YOU OWE ME RESTITUTIONS!”
