"<BR><BR> Linus continues, "She said to go South on Melendez Boulevard to Bartley Lane, and then to . . . and then to . . . to . . .to . . ."<BR><BR> Linus says, "Let's face it, Snoopy . . . we're lost!" Snoopy, wearing his World War I Flying Ace outfit thinks, "Lost?"<BR><BR> Linus thinks, "I can't stand to see a bodyguard cry!" Snoopy wails.<BR><BR>
Looks like Charles Schultz was paying tribute to Bill Melendez who is responsible for the Peanuts TV specials and movies.
