Snoopy sits on the doghouse and looks at a piece of paper.<BR><BR> Snoopy approaches Charlie Brown with the paper. Charlie Brown asks, "What's this?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown holds the paper and reads, "Proposed new dog-feeding schedule."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown continues to read, "Pre-breakfast snack . . Breakfast . . Morning coffee break . . Pre-noon snack . . Lunch . . Early afternoon snack . . Afternoon tea . . Pre-dinner snack . . Dinner . . TV snack . . Bedtime snack . . And finally, a small midnight snack."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown looks at Snoopy and says, "Hmm . . Well, I'll tell you what we'll do . . We'll compromise . ."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown points at Snoopy and shouts, "You'll eat one meal a day like every other dog!!!!"<BR><BR> Snoopy walks away and thinks, "I hate those compromises!"<BR><BR>
I thought many dogs ate twice a day. The last dog I had ate whenever he wanted too. We would buy a 50 pound bag of dry dog food, pour it into a wooden box with a hinged lid on it. We’d fill his bowl twice a day, but, if he was still hungry, he would push the lid up and eat straight out of the box of dog food.
