Snoopy's face is in his supper dish: "Chomp chomp chomp."<BR><BR> He sits up and thinks, "Rats..I'm still hungry.."<BR><BR> He carries his supper dish in his mouth as he walks, thinking, "Maybe I can get an advance on tomorrow night's dinner.."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown sticks his head out the door to see Snoopy on the doorstep. "ANOTHER ADVANCE?' he asks.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown carries the dish and walks, saying, "I don't know what I'm going to do with you.." Snoopy licks his lips.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown stands on a chair at the table, adding upp figures on ana dding machine: "365 x 5 = 1825*"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown carries out a full dish to Snoopy, who sits on the doorstep. He says, "All right, here you are, but I just want you to know I figured out something.."<BR><BR> As Snoopy eats, Charlie Brown bends down to say, "You are now five years ahead of yourself on dinners!"<BR><BR> Snoopy lies on top of his doghouse. He thinks, "So what's wrong with a little deficit eating?"<BR><BR>

Is Snoopy a Democrat?

The computation does not match the story. CB is supposed to figure out “five years” from it, but he is entering 5 himself. It would make sense if he divided 1825 (number of dinners-in-advance) by 365 and arrived at “5 years”.
