Linus stands in the grass and holds his blanket. Snoopy stands in front of him and holds out a piece of paper. Linus says, "You want me to write a letter recommending you for the 'Neighborhood dog of the year'?"<BR><BR> Linus sucks his thumb and says, "I can't do it . . . I don't think that you really are typical of a neighborhood dog . . ."<BR><BR> Linus' hair stands up. Snoopy grabs his blanket.<BR><BR> Snoopy holds the paper out and holds the blanket behind his back. Linus shouts, "This is blackmail!!"<BR><BR>
