Thibault stands between Marcie and Peppermint Patty. He asks, "How come you're letting a girl play on our team?" Peppermint Patty replies, "What's it to you, Thibault!"<BR><BR> Thibault frowns and says, "I'm not playing on any team with a girl!" Peppermint Patty shouts, "What do you think I am, you blockhead?"<BR><BR> Peppermint Patty continues, "One more word out of you, Thibault, and I'll shred you!!"<BR><BR> Thibault stands alone and says, "That's the first time in my life I've been threatened with a shredding!"<BR><BR>
Makes you wonder, why and/or how, Thibault does not realize that Peppermint Patty is a girl, too-UNLESS, OF COURSE, it’s Peppermint Patty’s tomboy-like nature. Well, for whatever reason he’s unaware of PP’s gender, he IS still aware of Marcie’s gender, and thus wants her,anyway, off the team.
