Linus watches Charlie Brown. He wears his baseball cap and glove and throws a ball into the steps. Linus says, "Another surprise, Charlie Brown . . .We can play ball again!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown throws the ball. Linus says, "A group from out of town bought our vacant lot, and it's all right for us to use it!"<BR><BR> The ball bounces back and knocks Charlie Brown over. He asks, "How did that happen?" Linus replies, "It was all arranged by a clever real estate agent."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown looks at Spike. Spike tips his hat.<BR><BR>
