Snoopy peeks out from behind the table that holds a jar and lamp on the surface. He wriggles along the ground in the house.<BR><BR> He wriggles up to Linus with his mouth open. Linus, who is sitting on the floor in the living-room sucking his thumb and hodling his blanket, exclaims,"Watch it, beagle! If you touch this blanket, I'll destroy you!"<BR><BR> Linus continues,"I'll destroy you and all your cousins, and the place where you were born and all the records at the court house! Small craft warnings will be posted along both coasts! I will pounce on you like the last days of Pompeii!!"<BR><BR> He concludes,"So back off!" Snoopy wriggles backwards.<BR><BR> Snoopy wriggles down the steps and pass the gate.<BR><BR> He wriggles pass Lucy, who watches him go with a puzzled look.<BR><BR> He wriggles up the side of his doghouse.<BR><BR> He sits on his back atop his doghouse and thinks, "When I back off, I back off!"<BR><BR>
