Charlie Brown sits on the floor, adjusting his kite.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown is outside, running with the kite lifting behind him.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown comes around a brick wall, kite still behind him.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown holds just the string. He looks behind him, and thinks, "!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown is sitting on the ground, sweating. He looks behind him, yelling, "A dime! A penny! Anything!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown is in profile. He exclaims, "Rats!"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown stands, still holding the string. The kite is wrapped around a pole. A piece of paper is stuck to the kite. Lucy, facing the kite and Charlie Brown, announces, "This is the first time I've ever seen a kite get a parking ticket."<BR><BR>
