Lucy stands in the snow and says, "Now what's he doing?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown stands on a snow covered mound and says to Lucy, "I love to come out here to my snow covered pitcher's mound and relive all those good memories . . ."<BR><BR> Lucy asks, "What good memories?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown replies, "The games we played. Some we won. Some we lost . . ." Lucy says, "We lost them all."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown says, "There were some close ones, all right..." Lucy replies, "Like fifty-four to nothing..."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown says, "And all the perfect strikes I pitched..." Lucy walks away and says, "And the time you walked twenty-four hitters in a row."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown stoops to scoop up some snow.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown winds up to throw a snowball.<BR><BR> WAP! Lucy is hit in the head with a snowball which knocks off her hat.<BR><BR> Charlie Brown smiles and says, "That's the best pitch I threw all year!"<BR><BR>
And a long overdue one at that.
