He writes, "Dear Pen Pal."<BR><BR> Sally asks, "Why do you want to write to someone in another country you don't even know?"<BR><BR> Charlie Brown examines the letter and says, "It helps to promote cultural understanding."<BR><BR> Charlie Brown writes a messy letter. It says, "How are you?" Sally quips, "When they see writing like that, they'll want to attack us . ."<BR><BR>
