He says, to Schroeder who is the catcher, "It's only the first inning, and we're already behind forty to nothing!"<BR><BR> Charlies looks at the sky as it begins to rain harder and says, "And now it's raining..."<BR><BR> It begins to pour. Lucy comes up to the pitcher's mound holding an umbrella and says, "See, Charlie Brown? You just have to be believe!"<BR><BR>
A washout in the first inning does not count and so Charlie’s All Stars are undefeated in the first game, a rain out.
