I always loved how Schroeder is one of the very few people (besides Snoopy) who can get the best of Lucy.
lucy you are thinking of someone else.
That “new math” always causes problems.
A cheerful personality and a heart full of love? Try a crabby personality and a heart full of malice, especially where Charlie Brown’s concerned!
Bam! The perfect answer. How could you top that?!
Uh, Lucy? Yeah…mathematics is supposed to be objective….good luck with that.
No way to treat a lady. You can’t hold math against love.It always adds up.
LOL! Love it. Maybe he prefers blonds or red heads. Maybe he prefers any woman over Lucy.
Your numbers diverged a little after nice hair…
Lucy was never good at math.
The exterior looks nice, but we all know what lies beneath.
Sounds like ‘fuzzy math’ to me. Maybe Lucy needs a shave.
Next time use a calculator.
Break it down for her, Schroeder!
THUMP! That brought her back to Earth.
Oh Lucy just get away from him…
He’s not worth your time!
xxx
Ha. I love how Schroeder always flatly stonewalls Lucy. There’s another strip in which she asks,“Why don’t you ever tell me I’m cute?” to which he replies, “Because I don’t think you’re cute.” I just love it.
You tell her, Schroeder!
I LOVE IT!!!!
That’s telling her Schroeder.
This must be the “new math” they used to talk about.
Ahh … Lucy’s still so modest (as always), isn’t she?
Lucy is delusional and Schroeder, though a little sarcastic, is being “kind”.
Bazinga.
Why are musicians so cruel?
And when you put it all together There’s the model of a charmless girl
