I wonder if real leopards waiting in trees on passer-by prey also have this kind of problem.

Do it in winter, Snoopy. Your white & black colors might just work as camouflage in the snow with the tree’s Winter Lace.And you’d be able to see him.

Snoopy’s probably tangled up in one of Charlie Brown’s tree eaten kites.

Wait for Lucy to pass by, Snoopy. (Of course, afterwards, she might have a new leopard-skin coat.)

Over the decades, Snoopy was a dog, all kinds of cats, primates (including fierce gorillas and more fierce humans), reptiles (usually a cobra or a boa constrictor), a rhino, a vulture, and probably I’m leaving a few out. I don’t recall him ever being a fierce AMOEBA, but I wouldn’t put it past him!

Leopards hide in trees?

Leopards don’t hide in trees waiting to pounce. But they DO climb trees afterward (hauling their prey up with them) so they can eat in peace.

And in the Christmas special, he plays ALL of the animals in the Christmas Pageant :~)

Why couldn’t it have been Crabby McCrab walking by?

@JPuzzleWhizI left out the times that Snoopy was a “whirlybeagle”, which of course explains the ease with which he ended up in the tree………
