now what will Sally do once she gets her diploma? methinks MORE school (college/university) is out of the question

Irrelevant fact. My mother graduated high school in 1945 at the age of 16. There was no twelfth grade in her school system at that time.

It went that bad, huh?

Any minute now, she’ll start singing “School’s Out!”

Sally is the type to get her MRS degree.

Sally is a “bottom line” type of girl, she will probably be a double major in her college years, accounting and theater I suspect. Great Strip today!

Just a typical conversation starter..“How was the first day of school?”..Normal question, even to a child, but still I see her point.

Isn’t she a little young to be having PMS?

If you ask her that tomorrow, you may get a milder response. The first day back is always the worst after all.
