This strip never ceases to amaze me. I couldn’t come up with this stuff day after day.

Lady Amalthea of 1982 film “The Last Unicorn” would be pleased to know there’s another unicorn… as would Marigold of “Heavenly Nostrils” comic strip.

Um, define normal…

Well, some normal strips might think to use OxiClean instead of bleach, but probably not many of them, because, mostly, normal comic strips are OxiMorons.

Is Zebra white with black stripes… or black with white stripes?

Right —.Pastis produces a strip that exceeds the limitations of ‘normal’.Long live PBS !!!

Doesn’t anybody besides me wonder why Goat would be asking Pastis that question?

Sploinked and bleached, Zebra is standing up well under this assault by crazed Cartoon-Boy and his hateful alter ego, Rat. (Somebody give Pig a gummybear and make him shut up.)

“Normal” is probably not a term associated with most comic strips. This one is better than most. It is an excellent replacement on my “Fav’s List” for Far Side.

Nice callback to last Sunday’s strip.

Normal comic strips get fewer snarky comments.

I never noticed that zebra and goat are the same character, one with horns, one with a mane. Keeping it simple…

Now a croc comes in. “Hello Yewny-Cone” neighba.

Psh—normal is far overrated (as I know all too well, personally).
