Goat: The city council is trying to change the way the city is governed, but they move so slowly. Oh, well... I guess Rome wasn't built in a day. Goat: Oh, I'm sorry, Pig... Do you know what that expression means? Pig: Rome had lazy contractors? Goat: No. Pig: Those people never finish when they say they'll finish!!

I didn’t know these guys lived in Seattle. If there was ever a place where nothing gets done because the City Council talks things to death, that’s it. It’s even called “the Seattle Process” locally, sometimes jokingly.

It seems completely random if Stephan decides to make his characters respond calmly or with shouting. Here, I think it would have been more Pig-like if Pig had just stated the final line (more of a reflection) than yelling it out.

If you’re that upset about it, Pig, then get in your car and go do something about it. No need for a map or GPS — all roads lead to Rome.
