She’s a unicorn, Phoebe, it’s always in her system. I’m anticipating what happens next.

Well, it’s distracting to YOU anyway! (I don’t think anyone else has ever stood frozen for years staring at your face…)

Better go grab a chair, Phoebe; this is going to take a while.

Do you remember the sugar rush you had at Dakota’s party? No? Well, I think you’re gonna need that. The reminiscence, not the rush :-)

The problem is that the Shield of Boringness means that others can’t be distracted by Marigold’s beauty.

no Marigold, you need to distract Phoebe’s dad, not Phoebe.

Oh, how I long for the days when a simple unicorn in the kitchen wouldn’t distract me! Now, the littlest things — unicorns, gryphons, waterspouts — I can’t think of anything else ‘til they’re out the door. Siiigh.

Phoebe on coffee . . . I can see that. Marigold on coffee . . . this I gotta see.

Go with Marigold’s plan Phoebe;’s parents can out smart her too easy. Also this is too early in the story arch to just give her coffee. unless it has humerus after effects.

I love how Phoebe went all dark as soon as Marigold got all egotistical
