Phoebe: It's weird that Dakota got invited to a dragon Halloween party. Marigold: The rumor is that she and Queen Prunella con Blaart of the goblins have been HANGING OUT TOGETHER at the mall. Phoebe: t the MALL? Marigold: Either the mall, or the EMPORIUM of EXPLODING HATS. Phoebe: Is that a real place? Marigold: The goblin word "BLART" can have either meaning.
I would have thought she’d be hanging out with a Princess rather than a Queen. Anyway, blart would seem to have multiple meanings since that’s the only thing the goblins seem to say.
