You know, Dakota’s probably thinking that she went through all the trouble of pleasantly greeting Phoebe for a change, and here Phoebe reacts like this. That would be a little off-putting…
I was binge reading the collections awhile back, and it seemed like Phoebe and Dakota had settled into being frenemies (possibly they will be Betty and Veronica when they grow up?) But more recent episodes seem to downplay this. (Then again, I suppose Marigold could have cast a “shield of inconsistency”……….)
