I somehow not liking Dakota’s smirk in the final panel. Will her plan of hanging with Phoebe at school instead of their respective goblins and unicorn actually work?

I don’t think Marigold was trying for a last-second save, I think that in her skewed view of things, the similarities between Phoebe and those nice smart funny goblins is so obvious even a human could see it!

Nice to see Dakota having a friendly smile instead of a cruel one.

I hope they actually become friends. They don’t have to be BFF, just friendly to each other. Dakota can keep her ego and that would allow for another kind of jokes. You know, character development.
