The living would envy the dead… and the dead would be grateful.Who wrote that? Marshall McLuhan? I seem to remember someone taking advantage of that sentence.
Yesterday I watched a movie titled “The Little Unicorn” via Rifftrax. The unicorn in it was all sparkly, and everybody wanted to steal it. But, plotwise, it might as well been just a jewel or a bag of money. The unicorn wasn’t much more than an object of desire, and you never got a sense of why the little girl loved the unicorn so much.

I once made a bet over whether the world would end in 2012.
And if you’re reading this Dylan, I’m still rubbing it in.

Next time you hear “The end of the world”, just assume it’s someone else’s world. Also that could be a flattering picture of princess Luna.

To a unicorn being ignored seems to be the end of the world. Why do they have the shield of boringness?

I’d say it worked. We’re all ignoring unicorns. That’s why we don’t see any outside of this comic strip (and the occasional little girl’s t-shirt).

Sounds a bit like The Legend of Nightmare Moon. Everyone thought it just a foal tale, and then…

Marigold’s “horrified” face is always funny. Maybe because it takes so little to set her off.

Every day it is the end of the world for a lot of people. I just had a friend who is no longer in this world as of 3 weeks ago. RIP Richard!

But the Rifftrax commentary was great, as usual!

It’s the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine… :D
