We’ve all learned two new useful facts today.

Both animals on the Australian coat of arms, the emu and the kangaroo, can’t “walk” backward. I think we may be the only country that eats their heraldic animals. (Another reason to take the vegetarian option when travelling in Oz… ;op )

‘Roo’s not bad. Buffalo’s better.Anything that ain’t quick enough is food.

They’re both a veritable fountain of useless information.

And pigs can’t look up, because of the way their neck vertebrae are made…and horses are unable to vomit.

And lipstick is mostly fish scales.

AND sometimes it rains toads… Abd bighorn sheep never get headaches…

and my cat snores, burps and farts. rarely simultaneously.

I didn’t know them two things..

I don’t know about that. I’ve had moose. beaver. salmon (on the1967 dime). and yes. even poor Rudolph. Though it could have been Vixen, since both male & female reindeer have antlers.

So many new pieces of information! :D

It’s not true that bats only turn left but all the other strange facts on this page are true! (I looked them all up lol)
