A day or two? Personally, I think a week… or two.

When I had active asthma, taking the animal out of the room didn’t help. If the critter had been there, I couldn’t stay more than 15 minutes.

Actually, the opposite is true, if you have a normal allergy to pet dander, daily exposure actually weakens the allergy because you develop a resistance to it.

Some of us are physically incapable of doing heavy cleaning every day. Just getting dressed every day takes all the strength and energy we have on some days. We do the best we can withwhat we have. Just because we don’t do it the way you would, does not make us lazy. Walk a mile in our shoes first, then pass judgement

It must be sad being allergic to animals you love.

It isn’t even the dander that most people are allergic to…it is the cat’s saliva. If cats were not so fastidious in their grooming there wouldn’t be as much of a problem.

Catburgers should fix the problem.-There was a local Chinese restaurant that went out of business about a month after the health department announced they found a frozen alley cat in the restaurant’s food freezer

2 drops of Acepromazine in the cat’s food stopped the problem for me. I get it from the Vet.
