No one really hears their own voice since some of the sound is heard through the bones instead of just through the air. I have been told I sound like my father, but only on rare occasions have I heard it, and I think much of that is phrasing and pronunciation. His broadcast voice didn’t sound like his in-person voice either.

Will comics strips ever be replaced by animation shorts with audio? Probably not; you’d have make lots of auditions for a voice cast and pay them.

People couldn’t tell my Mother’s voice from mine on the phone. I couldn’t see it, but I’d get mistaken for her all the time when I answered the phone.
