oh yeah? what about ‘dancing with the stars” ? or “american idol’? or ANY of the reality shows?… see?
don’t you feel fortunate to be living in this day and age when you can enjoy top rated entertainment like that?
There aren’t many shows on t.v. that I can’t live without. “Jeopardy!”, “Castle”, “The Mentalist”, “Desperate Housewives”, “Dirty Jobs” and “Snapped” are on my “must-watch” list but that’s about it. Everything else could be canceled and I wouldn’t even notice … or care.
Speaking of PBS, there’s only one show that our household couldn’t do without: Sesame Street.
Of course, we also enjoy Bones, NCIS, White Collar, Psych, Royal Pains, Caprica, Good Eats, and reruns of Whose Line…, Star Trek, and Monk – plus, if all else fails, we have DVDs of The Muppet Show, Firefly, and a bunch of movies.

With the DVR there’s no such thing as “must see TV” any more.

It’s been a long time since there was any “must see TV” :(

Oh please. The last time television was any good was when “Bat Masterson”, “Maverick”, and “Andy Griffith” was on.
… In Black & White too!

Antiques roadshow, Dr. Who, History detectives, Nova…. I’m sensing a trend. PBS anyone? Oh, and reruns of the original Star Trek. the rest is garbage.
