I get mine from rental car companies. They are well maintained, have already taken the worst part of their depreciation, are only a couple years old, and are relatively inexpensive. I could have never afforded my Prius any other way and the 53 mpg is further savings. Does that make me a semi-plugger? Most of the time, I qualify without question.
