“The Wall”, IS a place of healing, no matter the initial pain of reality it brings. As the ’toon depicts, it gives a chance to touch old friends again.
been there,it’s been lotsa years ago.was ominously quiet.just like the arizona monument in Hawaii.voices were low and hushed.we must always remember lest we forget their sacrifice for freedoms sake.
If you have a chance, the memorial outside of Cripple Creek, Colorado is pretty impressive and heartbreaking too. Too many kids died in Iraq and Afghanistan

Beautiful, Gary. We also remember those who are still with us but suffering in one way or another. May they find ease for their pain.
