I was a bean pole in high school, barely cracked 150lbs at 6’ 2", when I went to college my dorm was right across the street from the cafeteria. I decided to try to gain some weight. I doubled my food intake, never gained a pound. I got tired of having to doodoo every 3 hours from it, so went back to my normal eating habits…and lost weight. Now in my late 50’s and have to fight to stay below 210.

Or sore gainers. Of course in this case gaining is losing.

Sometimes I think it’s a sin, when I feel like I’m losin’ when I’m gainin’ again.

Quite a conundrum—be a sore loser or exercise and be a sore loser.

Move the scale to a different part of the floor. There is too much gravity in that part of the room.
