Poncho: The forgiveness of my family has melted my heart! I'm a changed dog! Poncho: I've got to share my overwhelming christmas spirit with the world! Maybe it's not too late! Poncho: You there! Boy! What day is it? Kid: Today? Why, today is the day after christmas! Poncho: Okay, well I've got a good head start on next year.
And so, true to his word, Poncho learned to keep mischief in his heart, not just the day after Christmas Day, but on every other day of the year!
