Smart dogs!!

Didn’t the Mythbusters on the Discovery Channel once debunk this?

If they are not sufficiently rewarded by this tactic, I suspect they will create some mayhem to encourage more food droppage.

To me, if it hits the floor, it hits the trash!

They’re not really lying….

Dogs don’t believe in the 5-second rule.

They believe in the 72-hour rule…. but they’re not very strict about it.

Any time my wife gets fastidious about cleaning, I remind her of the time a chunk of the chocolate coating on her Mickey Mouse ice cream bar hit the pavement, on a busy day in Epcot Center, and she picked it up!

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger! Where do you think immunities come from? If you REALLY don’t want to sleep at night, think about how many people stuck their hands in the chip bowl or candy dish!

Ahh, so that’s who funded that study!

@Tcayer The chip bowl/candy dish is truly scary. I also wonder about people who are so fastidious about food, but think nothing about the amount of germs transferred by a handshake.

It seems that talking dogs would generate a lot more excitement than the information about the myth…
