“Topper?” Isn’t that the character from Dilbert who is always trying to top everyone else’s stories? Maybe he’s been reincarnated as a bomb sniffing dog as karmic punishment….
Of course, it’s not sudden sounds that would make him cry “BOMB” – he sniffs for the scent of explosives… but still, it cracked me up. Don’t let logic get in the way of a good gag!
