I have a papillion, Rudy. I was driving in Virginia Beach and pulled up at an intersection along side a car with a papillon. I beeped at the people. We both rolled down our windows, and I swear, those two dogs carried on a conversation. Rudy would do some barking yipping and growling, then go quiet, and then the other would start carrying on; back and forth. It was like,
Rudy:“Excuse me, but do you speak papillon?”
Dog 2: “Why yes, I do.”
Rudy: “Do you live here in Virginia Beach?”
Dog 2: “No, we are on vacation….
