I bet Clifford’s chain is the chain from an aircraft carrier’s anchor

Hey, Poncho, are you feeling, um, underrated? Give it a yank and see.

The rules for dog leashes are very complex. Usually, Poncho is free to wander and mix with his friends at the CafĂ©. He may even disappear for days at a time. But when he has to do his “business,” he needs a human at the other end of the leash. And when he is being punished, he is chained to the tree of shame.

The thickness of the chain indicates the weakness of the owner, because good owners don’t chain dogs.

Ponchos fetter is not an indication of his strength but of his will to leave. I mean he has yet to find, or grow, the kibble tree. ‘Not all who wander are lost.’ sometimes they just can’t their car.

I thought you weren’t allowed to use the term “snip” around a dog!
