You know how bad drivers can be sentenced to drivers’ training classes? Owners of badly behaving dogs should get sentenced to dog obedience classes. It’s not the dog’s fault.

Heard of one (not ultrasonic) that set roof on fire it was so loud. Had a full size V8 powering it.
