Caviar are fish eggs which means that the species they get it from could be made extinct because of their hunger for eggs. And you can’t raise them like chickens for eggs.
Yesterday’s obliquely reminded me of a former workmate who had been a trainer for an Air Force hospital. During one presentation he was about to say “You don’t have to be a brain surgeon …” when he realized that half his audience were brain surgeons. He started to switch to “You don’t have to be a rocket scientist …” when he realized the other half were rocket scientists.
