The “Progressive” applications weren’t held up for months like the Tea Party groups. Plus, the progressive organizations were applying for 501c(3) status, not 501c(4). There’s a HUGE difference. 501c(3)s can’t do ANY political activity, and donations to them are tax deductible.
The conservative groups that applied in 2010 are STILL waiting to hear from the IRS. No, they were not officially denied, they are jsut waiting, and waiting, and waiting……..I would equate that to being denied.Of course, you can’t understand that, since your thought-providers at MSNBC tell you otherwise, and you seem to be unable to read.
