Oh, nothing THAT bad. Just thirty years of cynically exploiting the paranoia and racial resentment of the white working class, stoking their bigotry and fears of social change to gin them up to ever-increasing levels of anger, all the while nursing them on an increasingly extreme diet of anti-government nihilism——all for electoral gain, while allowing industry, jobs and infrastructure to crumble.
Here’s an inane thought.(and don’t tell me that it is stupid, because I admit it is)The Republican primary has been like a game of Bridge. All the players would like to win with a NO TRUMP bid, but they didn’t have the cards (candidates) to pull it off.
What was so bad? Well, you did not listen and remember what Barry Goldwater told you, that sucking up to religious fanatics would be the ruin of the Party. He didn’t know the term “Taliban” back then, but your precious American Taliban was who he was warning you against. He said it repeatedly, to no apparent effect. So, you ignored the last really intelligent Republican and ended up with a collection of wanna-be Ayatolahs and frankly dumb stooges so ridiculous that someone like Trump, a person of no political beliefs at all (being so rich he is above considering things like that and can use your party for his amusement) can come in and take over.
I’m just amazed that Stantis recognizes that there is blame upon the Republicans, even if he declines to elucidate it the way JLG has so succinctly done. The next step is acting on the realization. Common Stantis, take it to the next level!
Imma guessing they are voting for Stein or Johnson, to help elect Trump. But Bernie’s people need to seriously support people for Senate, House and State and Local elections who can help advance Sanders’ ideas, in addition to just supporting Sanders. I seriously hope the Democratic Convention 2016 does not create the same wedges as Democratic Convention of 1968 in Chicago.

Trump is a leftist. Does that prove how dumb are 35% of Republicans, or 99% of his Democrat critics? (Hint, false choice – both statements are true.)

Plenty of cons blame Obama for trump. But then, they blame him for everything . Do a quick google search.
