Leftists cannot stand the new New Normal, i.e., a good economy with job and wage growth. All Trump had to do was get Obama’s jack boot off the neck of America. Constraining the petty dictators in the vast regulatory bureaucracy will have a long term beneficial effect too. Eliminating the corrupt leadership at IRS, FBI, and DoJ may even restore public confidence in those formerly honorable institutions. The tax cut – i.e., doubling the standard deduction – is merely icing on the cake. Now if we could only revive our military from that 8 years of mismanagement.
