I’ve asked myself that question lately. After moving here to care for my dad, I’ve stayed and even adopted some Texas natives’ pride of place, proud of my “blueberry in the ketchup” status. Now, with Republicans legislating that every insecure punk can carry a gun, and poor people should have unfair hurdles to vote; I’m reconsidering my decision.
