Kavanaugh and the other Republican Supreme Court Justices have decided the court shouldnât take sides in the conflict over abortion. So states can enact whatever laws they want and the Supremes will remain âscrupulously neutralâ.
I guess them âsettled lawsâ that the Trump appointees all testified under oath about werenât so settled after all.
