Whining right wing baby man, you have proven Rick Perry’s words. The louder you scream the more I know Ruben Bolling is right on track. Maybe if you live long enough to develop the maturity to handle humor some day.

“It’s good to know we’re focused on what’s important while the world crumbles around us due to 0bola in the White House.”

A journey into the “mind” of a brainwashed propaganda dullwit, who wasn’t very smart even before Fox and Rush destroyed what little native cognitive ability he had. Or possibly a parody poster imitating such, but I suspect not.

“Obola”. It’s always sad when dullwits try to be clever.

“Just call him a Redneck and say is to honor him…”

Yep, the hypocrisy is amazing. All of the same people who make excuses for the Redskins are the same ones who are terribly butt-hurt if they think anyone has insulted them. The ones who always have tears running down their chubby little baby cheeks because they think that “Eric Holder” or someone is hurting their widdle feelings.

Normal people grow out of the “it’s okay when I insult you but not okay when you insult me” phase around the age of five.

“That Magnavox TV is a tad retro.”So’s the gas pump with it’s price on rotary wheels

Deliberately so. The main panels reflect the delusion and the male characters who appear represent the “correct” era, which they allude to.

So first, we see “WWII” scenes. corrected by an early seventies dude. Because Americans thought Afghanistan was WWII, but it was actually Vietnam.

Next, we see seventies scenes – corrected by what seems to be the same character, but now a 1930’s homeless man. Because, according to the cartoon, the US government treated the 2008-present recession as similar to the seventies recession, when it is actually more similar to the 1930’s depression.

Would you have shown up to protest the Revolutionary war?Just wondering…..

No doubt the person you are addressing can differentiate between defensive wars, domestic revolutions, and wars of aggression against nations which don’t pose a threat to the US.

It’s called the Department of Defense, not the Department of Making Somebody Else “Democratic” at the Point of a Gun, or the the Department of Using Everybody’s Taxes to Enrich a Few Military Contractors and Oil Industry Companies.

It should be used for defense.

Defense, good, unjustified aggression and/or looting, bad.

I realize that you disagree with this, but please don’t misrepresent the positions of others.

There is so much politically, economically, and historically wrong with this strip there is no point in commenting further.

Translation – ‘Oh my god, Ruben Bolling is onto me’.

Ruben, Ruben, Ruben, you have been smoking way too much weed.

Translation – “Duuhhhhh….but Fox News told me that ‘the minorities’ are causing all my problems”.

Can this be anymore lame? How ‘bout a couple of verses about obama not knowing how many states there are or his not knowing what year it is when he signed the Queen’s book?Or anything about the stupid stuff obama has been doing since his coronation? At least Sarah’s not running the country into the ground.

Would you use the same standard if the cartoon were making fun of Obama – demand that it include criticism of a conservative as well?

Come on Rueben! Do a “cartoon” about Weiner (the Congressmen, not your…..). Oh no! Can’t do THAT! Palin’s more important to whitewash than to expose yet another sex-crazed poodle from the Dem swamp. Good job in drainin’ the Swamp Pelosi!Libs. What a pathetic group.

Would you also like to see cartoons about Republican sex scandals?

Palin, the perfect product of the public school system: ignorant, narcissistic, entitled. Too bad the Left can use all that to attack her patriotism.

    1) It is true that Palin exhibits these traits, but so do you, possibly to an even higher degree. If you think that private school education protects against any of this, you are sadly mistaken.

    2) I have rarely seen anyone attack Palin’s “patriotism”. What I see called into question, as here, is her competence, sincerity, and commitment. I have no reason to doubt that she has patriotic feelings. That doesn’t qualify her to be president.

Why didn’t your superior private school education protect you from this simple error of interpretation?

“Wow, a first! Mr. Bolling has demonstraterd comlpete ignorance in both economics and Psychology history,”

In fact the cartoon makes a sophisticated satirical reference to a famous psychology experiment http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/StanleyMilgramshock_experiments

Technically, the cartoon does not advocate any economic policies, but there are many (non-communist) economists who do feel that the Obama administration’s response to unemployment has been too modest.

“as well as sheeplike adherence to the orthodoxy of an outdated ideology that is now being repudiated in the very cuontries where it started! Congratulations! ”

Yes, of course, let’s construct a simpleton false dichotomy, and label every economic policy that is not your arbitrary preference “communism” or “socialism”

All you achieve by this is to render terms like “socialism” meaningless.

“Tell me, Mr. Bolling; do you ever actually think for yourself?”

And while we’re creating false dichotomies and mis-defining terms, let’s call the process of parroting Fox News sound bites “thinking for yourself”.
