Tellum’s office is NOT his private property, rather, it appears to be under the control of the station owner/manager, who gave implied permission for Detective Tracy to enter when he asked Tracy to speak with Tellem.Thus, no need for a warrant, so, no illegal entry.Tellem, acting out of normal character, ranting even more wildly than usual, popping pills in front of Tracy, a wide array of open prescription pill bottles on Tellum’s desk, reason enough to suspect illegal possession. Particularly if Tellum’s name is not on all of the bottles.
