But leave a queen-shaped hole behind in somebody’s heart.

So sorry for the loss of your loved kitty. We have three of our senior cats in our backyard among the trees where they liked to play. I swear, some nights I get a glimpse of three little lights in those same trees. I can only smile through my tears and pass on, for a while at least.

It’s above the noise! Experiencing genetic destruction from the pollution is manly after all! The electric cars would have to come with a sound track and amplifiers to have any chance at all.

But he’s willing to be a token black man who is also willing to repeatedly praise Trump, and there certainly aren’t that many of those who are happy to be an apologist for the Republican party’s race policies.

She points to the word “Guess” then to the word “Bingo”. I know I’m not the sharpest pencil in the box, but I don’t understand this comic at all. Would some kind person please explain it?

Speaking as a person who is being progressively handicapped by an inherited bone defect, I can no longer close my car trunk, but I doubt that the energy required to do so manually has any effect on obesity or weight in general. I appreciate and avail myself when I can of devices and machinery that make it possible for me to continue to work full time and support myself. This cartoon is a (rare) misfire for Pastis, who was and is one of my favorite cartoonists.

What I find astonishing about the fake-news believers (keep in mind the son of one of the President’s proposed cabinet bosses was the source of the fake news that Hillary Clinton was running a child abuse facility secretly from a pizzeria), much to the financial damage of the actual owner of the shop (who was a Clinton supporter so the damage doesn’t matter in the opinion of the incoming government … opps, lost the flow of the sentence in the aside, but it was going to be that the same people who attack reporters and other media figures as liars are themselves the same people accepting the fake news as true. Because it doesn’t come from a mainstream media source I suppose.

I have what I thought was the first book format for BCN, but note the ad to the right for a BCN “First Book” for May 10, no year stated. Is that a republication of the existing book, a different book, or just an outdated ad? I love BCN and would not want to miss a new publication.

Where is all the shock and outrage when a person walks up to a police car and shoots the officers in it? Where are the rioits? Oh yeah, that’s right, the police would arrest the rioters. So next time you’re in trouble be sure to call a citizen to protect you and see how that works out.

And what exactly do you propose to replace it with? One purpose of the jury system is that courts function in an open and transparent way. Would you replace that with more secret courts like the NSA uses?
