Why do you have to be COURAGEOUS to protest in USA? Isn’t it enough to take a stand, and hopefully act accordingly? Besides, I think it takes a modicum of courage to say something publicly today, with the internet and press burying any who disagree.

I agree with your assessment. If it was repealed, we would see what a terrible cost that would be, and someone would have to come up with a sane alternative.
