“Climate scientists agree that humans contributed to climate change. They do not agree that we are the primary engine.”
I am reminded here what we kept hearing back in the 60’s and 70’s on how scientists differed on a link between cigarette smoking and cancer. Of course, the only “scientists” who couldn’t find such a conclusive link were those who’s research was being paid by the tobacco industry.
All independent climate change research, which has been going on for decades now, comes to the same conclusion…we are the primary cause of climate change. The only ones who disagree with that conclusion are the “scientists” being funded by corporate interests, mainly oil companies. In fact, many of the independent researchers went into their research to DISPROVE climate change and human responsibility for it, only to come around to the same conclusion as they couldn’t refute their own data.
It’s really quite simple…consider the source.

You actually have that analogy backward. The popular vote would give the win to the team with most total points.

“We are already in a crash and a depression. "
Ok, you need to back that statement up with some hard facts. You didn’t provide any because there are none. According to every economic and market standard, the economy has been in a steady growth for several years now and is just now getting back to the levels before the crash.
Let’s put it in very simple, easily understood recent history…at the end of the Clinton administration, they turned over an economy that had a budget SURPLUS. The Bush administration took very little time to turn that into a deficit…and that was before the idiotic wars he launched. The economy officially fell into a recession in December of 2006, and by the time Obama took office, the economy was in a virtual free fall. We had entered into a depression, not like the Great Depression, but a depression nonetheless. We would have recovered sooner had it not been for the obstructionist Republican controlled Congress. Despite all their efforts to block Obama at literally everything, we are now in recovery. But once Trump gets in, with this Republican Congress and Senate, they will go right back to the moronic Supply Side economics that crashed the economy during the Bush years…just as it has EVERY time it’s been employed. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results. The Republican party and supply side devotees are, therefore, insane. This coming crash will be worse than 2008, yet despite all evidence to the contrary, you will somehow find a way to blame it on Obama.
There, you’ve been warned. Quite literally spelled out for you. But you will deny it and spout right wing talking points rather deal with facts, verifiable historical facts. Those who don’t learn from the past are condemned to repeat it. Unfortunately, you and your ilk will drag the rest of the country down with it.

I can’t seem to find any mention of, or even any allusion to, the election of Donald Trump in this cartoon, much less any scorn or criticism of him and/or his supporters. Why are so many of you here taking this fun little gag as some sort of broadside ridicule of Trump? If you are this sensitive to any perceived criticism and satire of Trump, it’s going to be a long 4 years for you. Instead of telling others to “move on”, I suggest you deal with it.

Well, the Supreme Court did rule on that, unanimously, about satire being protected as free speech in the Falwell v. Flynt case. Truth, however, if it’s classified government information, is not protected. In addition, there are laws about libel and slander, so the idea of putting anything you want out there on the internet being protected isn’t entirely true. Of course, whenever Trump got boxed into a corner about the disinformation he was putting out during the campaign, he’d just say he was joking or that it was hyperbole, not meant to be taken literally. Isn’t that wonderful, to never knowing what your president is saying is to be taken literally or not?

“Is pizzagate real? Maybe…”
And with that, you rendered anything you had to say not worth wasting time to read.

“Minority party Democrats are trying to investigate Russia’s involvement in the presidential election. Unfortunatelyfor them there is no concrete proof.”
Well, you see, the way you get concrete proof is through an investigation. Does this really need to be explained? And how many times did the Republicans hold hearings to investigate wrongdoing in Bengazi by Hillary Clinton? Six or seven as I recall. And what did they come up with despite all those hearings? Zero. Zip. Nada. Yet you and so many others are convinced she is guilty of crimes, despite being exonerated in all of those investigations. So if you had no problem with all of those investigations, why would you be afraid to have this very serious allegation investigated? Since you are so sure there’s nothing to it, you should be all for it to prove there’s nothing there and end it.

“But what about the Alt-Left news sites, like Huffington Post, Slate, ThinkProgress or CNN?”
And by not providing any examples of fake news by any of those news sites, you have just given a prime example of how fake news works. And, by the way, there’s no such thing as “Alt-Left”.

And did this alleged immigration agent produce any evidence to back up his claim? Or any evidence that he’s actually an immigration agent? If he is, and he made “over 1000 arrests”, there would be arrest reports to back up his claim. Was there any such evidence produced? I’m guessing not. And where did you see this “news report”? I think I have a pretty good guess.
@firebrand1
As the late, great Tip O’Neil once said, you have the right to your own opinion, but you don’t have a right to your own facts.
