   I can relate to this. There were all kinds of rumors about our hospital being sold. Management denied this. Guess we picked up the New York Times and read about it. No more denial. Been years ago, but as I remember, no jobs were lost with the possible exception of upper management and I don’t remember if we got a new administrator or not.

   One place we lived many years ago, trash (dry) and garbage (wet) had to be separated and if I remember correctly, pick up was different days.

   And I remember when they were only 3 cents and they were only 2 cents for an unsealed card with no writing except your signature. And don’t forget penny post cards.

   UPS does and them runs as fast as they can to get back to their truck before you could possibly get to the door.

   That really isn’t funny. Not when it happens to you or someone close to you. It’s more than a “senior moment”, but the beginning of something serious.
