   I liked Black Sheep Squadron on TV, based on a true life war hero, Pappy Boyington. The movie, Down Periscope was fun and uplifting.

   My husband and I could still hear our dog’s toenails tapping while going up and down the wood stairs and circling before lying down in the foyer. This lasted for a week or two after she died suddenly.

   I had a cat who used the toilet on her own if I didn’t clean her litter box (located in the bathroom} often enough. I got a picture but it isn’t very clear.

   The camp I went to in Maine in the early-mid 1950’s is now $6600 for 1 month or $9800 for 2 months. This covers room, board, program and staff instruction but also laundry, bedding, stationary, postage, toiletry articles, special transportation for out-of-camp trips, horseback riding and health center care in camp.
